These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to your access and use of our web application “GoViral” (the “App”), our websites (including but not limited to goviral.works) and all related services, features, and content (collectively the “Services”) provided by Simple.Life Apps Inc, a Delaware corporation with registration no. 7688095 and registered address 8 The Green, Ste A, City of Dover, County of Kent, DE 19901, USA; and AM APPS Ltd, a Cyprus company with registration no. ΗΕ 392517 and registered address 33 Agiou Athanasiou Avenue, Office 1st Floor, 4102, Agios Athanasios, Limassol, Cyprus (collectively referred to as “Simple”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Terms are not entered into with Apple, Inc. and any of its subsidiaries, or Google, Inc. and any of its subsidiaries, or any other entity as may apply.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Go Viral is a platform that provides AI-powered tools for content creators to generate comics. Our Service allows users to:

• Upload reference materials and content for comic generation
• Select content themes and topics for their comics
• Use AI tools to generate comic ideas, scripts, and visual content
• Download and use generated comics for their own purposes

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

3.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. You represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to our Service. However, by using our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content as necessary to provide the comic generation Service.

5.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated through our AI tools is provided “as is.” You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that any AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies before use or publication.

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Simple.Life Apps Inc, AM APPS Ltd, and their respective licensors.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with third-party platforms and services. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMPLE.LIFE APPS INC AND AM APPS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Simple.Life Apps Inc, AM APPS Ltd, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney’s fees).

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Simple.Life Apps Inc / AM APPS Ltd regarding the use of the Service.
